ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days 
from our Indiana location. Standard delivery 
takes 4-7 business days depending on 
where you are.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders 
over $35. 

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email 
as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the 
United States only.

PRODUCTS

Are your treats safe for puppies?
Yes. Our Sweet Potato & Honey treats are 
made with all natural puppy-safe ingredients and are 
sized for training — small enough to use 
as frequent rewards without overfeeding.

Are the chew toys safe?
Yes. All toys in the Patadog shop are 
BPA-free and designed with puppy-safe 
materials. As with any toy, we recommend 
supervising your puppy during play.

RETURNS & ORDERS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused 
items within 30 days of delivery. 
If something arrived damaged or isn't 
right, let us know and we will make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@patadog.com with a 
photo of the damage and your order number. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you 
need to make a change let us know as soon as possible
we'll do our best to help.

Where are you based?
Southern Indiana, USA. We're a small 
independent brand — not a big corporation.

Who is Biscuit?
Biscuit is our brand mascot — a fluffy 
mixed-breed puppy who represents every 
dog our customers are bringing home 
for the first time. He's chaos in a 
tiny body and we love him for it.
